1. The service

VegaDashboards ("the Service"), operated by Intellivega, lets organizations upload data or connect databases, ask questions in natural language, and build shareable reports and dashboards. By creating an organization or accepting an invitation, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you are an Owner, your organization.

2. Your account and organization

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Organization Owners control member access, permissions, billing, and data retention — including the ability to permanently delete the organization and all of its data.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you upload or connect. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service: storing uploaded files, profiling data structure, executing the queries you ask for, and generating summaries and visualizations. We never sell your data or use it to train models for other customers. Deleting a dataset, report, dashboard, or your organization removes the corresponding data from the Service.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to store or process data you have no right to use, to attempt to access other tenants' data, to probe or disrupt the Service, or for any unlawful purpose. Database connections you configure must be accounts you are authorized to use; we recommend read-only credentials.

5. Subscriptions and trials

New organizations start on a free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from Admin → Billing, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. When a trial or subscription lapses, the organization moves to the Free plan's limits; your data is retained.

6. AI-generated content

Answers, SQL, and visualizations are generated by AI from your data and may contain errors. Verify results before relying on them for business, financial, or legal decisions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellivega's aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time from Account settings.
