What we collect

  • Account details — email address, display name, and organization name, used to run your account and send transactional email (confirmation, password reset, invitations, shared dashboards).
  • Workspace data — the files you upload, database connections you configure (credentials are encrypted at rest), and the reports, dashboards, and AI memory generated from them.
  • Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store only your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, never card numbers.
  • Operational logs — standard server logs used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

Solely to provide the Service: answering the questions you ask, rendering your dashboards, sending the emails you trigger, and processing payments. Natural-language questions and relevant data context are processed by our AI infrastructure to generate SQL and summaries. We do not sell personal data or use your data to train models for other customers.

Data isolation

Every organization's data is scoped to its own workspace. Members of one organization cannot access another organization's datasets, reports, dashboards, or connections. Dashboard share links you create grant time-limited, view-only access to the specific dashboard shared.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while your organization exists. You can delete individual datasets, reports, and dashboards at any time; "Wipe memory" removes AI-generated context. An Owner can delete the whole organization from Account settings, which permanently removes the tenant record, all workspace data, and member accounts that belong only to that organization.

Third parties

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Email delivery provider — transactional email.
  • Hosting infrastructure — where the Service and your data are stored.

Each processes only what is required for its function.

Your rights

You can view and update your profile in Account settings, export your report data as CSV, and delete your data as described above. For access, correction, or deletion requests you can't perform yourself, contact your Intellivega representative.
